At Chi Flow, we believe in the power of movement to transform lives. Founded by Roman Kouzmenko in 2001, we bring together the ancient wisdom of Indian and Tibetan Yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Western science to create a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Our unique approach combines the smooth and effortless movement of Tai Chi, the understanding of internal energy and focus on Dantian from Qigong, the physiological structure and form of Indian Yoga, and the 3-dimensional flow and grace of Chinese calligraphy. Our classes are not like your typical gym or exercise experience - they are designed to immerse you in the flow of the practice, without pushing you to exhaustion.
