Group classes.

These classes are perfect for refining your practice and maintaining a regular program that will keep you feeling balance and energised. Whether they’re online or in-person, group classes provide an opportunity to practice in a setting that you can tailor to your needs to ensure you get the most out of each class.

 

Courses & workshops.

We hold regular courses that offer the opportunity to study and practice the Chi Flow methods so that you can deepen your practice. Our limited-number style workshops ensure that you have access to teachers so that you can ask questions and delve deeply into the methods.

 

Meditation guidance.

Principal teacher, Roman Kouzmenko, has been studying and practicing meditation methods for over 20 years. He teaches both nationally and internationally and is available to offer guidance and advice to those wanting to learn how to meditate.
