“I was invited to attend a training session (a few hours on a Saturday and Sunday) for students of Roman's as a 'model' due to the fact I have a number of issues with my neck, spine, hips, knees and feet that would assist the students. 

Roman explained so much about the issues that I had which no one has told me about before. And with this information, we worked through all the exercises to assist me to build core strength and slowly get my body back to a better place physically. 

Saturday we worked on upper body and Sunday lower body. What absolutely blew me away was when I woke on Sunday morning I felt like I had literally lost about 5 kgs around my neck, shoulders and upper back; there was no stress, tension or pain.

He is very funny, truly kind, relaxed but strong at the same time and has a unique set of skills only a handful people in this world have regarding movement and energy.

Chi Flow Yoga and his example made such a big difference in my life and improved its quality a lot. I came to him few years ago in a pretty bad condition where no-one else could help me with, but Roman`s methods brought a significant change to my life. I feel much happier, stronger, more grounded and healthier than before.
