Group Classes

Our group classes, whether online or in-person, are ideal for improving your practice and maintaining a consistent program that will keep you balanced and energised. Tailored to your needs, these classes provide a supportive setting to maximise the benefits of each session.

With a max of 12 participants, you'll receive personalised attention. At our studio, you'll have a minimum of 8 square meters of space, ensuring you never feel cramped like at other studios. Refine your practice and keep your body feeling great with our group classes.
